Day 9: Travel Day

We packed most everything up the night before, so that Saturday morning we got up early (yes, even set our alarm) and left around 4am. The early morning hours on the road always pass quickly, so while it was hard to get up, it's worth it when you arrive home before too late.

Look how cute they were sleeping that morning. 

Awwww, the end of an era. Toys R Us is closing so we had to stop mid day for lunch and saw a Toys R Us and just had to stop and let them be a Toys R Us kid one last time!!
These were my only two pictures of our day on the road.
Driving home is never as fun as the ride to get to vacation.
But it wasn't a bad trip. Seems like we were home before dark if I remember correctly.
Some traffic through Richmond I think, but overall a pretty easy trip home.
And a fabulous Spring Break!!
