He always arrives the day after Thanksgiving, but this year since we wouldn't be home, Anabella decided to write him a note to let him know where we were. Good thing she did because otherwise, I think he was planning on just meeting us back home when we returned.

| Michael left Anabella a note last year asking her to "take good care of his clothes". She happily obliged! |

| He found his clothes and found the house in Newport News! He left a note for us there explaining why he was hiding out in a vase. Anabella mentioned that he must have forgotten how to spell because he knew last year. Can't get much passed that girl! |

| Back at home the next day. |

| That Sunday after Thanksgiving, there was a SURPRISE other the tree. Look closely because that's not Michael this time! |

| Dan is our early riser, so he was the first to find our new friend. |
 |
| Daniel was busy building with his magnets when Anabella got up. |
 |
| She was so excited. |
 |
| They named our new friend, Kitty. |
 |
| Daniel made Michael this stocking. |
 |
| Daniel also made what I suppose that Santa saw as a pretty good sled because the next morning, Michael and Kitty had acquired some friends and were having themselves a good ol' time! |

| Anabella's note to Michael....in case he thought she was giving too much attention to their new elf. ha! |
