Credle Family: Wee Play

Since Anabella and Daniel enjoyed gymnastics so much, I've been trying to find them another fun class. Little Gym is right down the road from us, but classes fill so quickly, I haven't been able to get them in yet. Another option, and one that comes highly recommended from friends of ours, is Wee Play.
Ordinarily Wee Play is reserved for classes during the weekdays, but since last week was Spring Break, they were open to the public for Open Play during the morning hours. We figured, why not try it out!? Daniel and Anabella were glad we did!!

They had a great time exploring all the activities. They had ride ons, mini trampolines, a basketball hoop, a tunnel for rolling balls, and lots more! This roller coaster became an instant favorite!

Daniel really liked this blue car. It didn't go down the track as fast, but he didn't mind, he still preferred it over the others. He was quite adamant about it, in fact (imagine that).

Daniel and Anabella, like all kids, each have their quirks. Some of which I can understand- for example, I'm pretty sure he preferred the blue car to the yellow one because he likes the color blue (he and Anabella are sensitive to colors because it's often how they can tell their things apart). However, why he needed to empty the tub of wheelies and get this particular wheelie (the last one he pulled out), I do not know. But, it sure was funny to watch! Cliff thought he was emptying it so that he could climb inside. That would been typical Daniel logic, only he didn't do that. It seemed that he just wanted this particular wheelie. Only Daniel knows. And he's not telling!

We returned the rejected wheelies to their proper home, while Daniel took his for a spin.

I don't know if it was the track suit or what, but Daniel kept returning to this basketball hoop. He enjoyed it so much, his Maw and Dee bought him his own for Easter. And, he loves that one too! A basketball player in the making....only time will tell!

Anabella really liked jumping on the trampoline. She and Daniel both like to "jump," only they're still working on getting their bodies to cooperate, though they do pretty well on the trampoline (jumping on the ground is another story). And, another funny thing to watch! Especially when they pretend to be rabbits, as they've been doing lately in honor of Easter. Priceless bunnies they are, priceless.
